Membership Capacity Update – Waiting List Now Open

Due to continued strong demand, Spring Valley Golf Club membership has now reached capacity. We are proud of the vibrant and active community that makes our Club so special and appreciate the significant interest in joining.

While applications for immediate membership are currently closed, prospective members are invited to register their interest through one of our waiting list options below.

Please note that when a position becomes available, applicants will initially be offered an A-Restricted Membership category upon entry.

Option 1: Priority Waiting List & Entrance Fee Lock-In

Secure your place on the Priority Waiting List and lock in the current entrance fee.

Membership intake opportunities are reviewed monthly by the Membership Committee, based on timesheet demand and natural membership movement.

While on the Priority Waiting List, you will receive:

1. Full clubhouse access (Pro Shop, Bistro and locker rooms)

2. Full access to practice facilities (range balls charged separately)

3. Access to the Members’ Portal and mobile app

4. All internal Club communications

5. Two guest passes annually (after 12:30pm, subject to availability)

6. Two complimentary golf clinic vouchers with PGA Professional Jake Fullerton

7. New Member Welcome Pack

8. Optional Golf Australia handicap management (upon payment of affiliation fee)

9. Locked-in entrance fee, protected from future increases (increases are scheduled for later this year)

Cost: Entrance Fee (payable upfront): $7,500.00 (non-refundable)

Upon intake, you will be invoiced for pro-rata subscriptions based on your start date, Golf Australia affiliation fees, and any applicable future Capital Works Levies. Applications must be finalised within 30 days of an offer being made.

Option 2: Standard Waiting List

Join the Waiting List and be notified when a membership position becomes available.

Cost: Waiting List Fee: $1,000.00 (non-refundable)

When a position becomes available, you will be contacted by email. Your $1,000 waiting list payment will be credited toward your membership invoice should you proceed with joining.

Intake Priority

Membership positions are offered in the following order:

1. Current A-Restricted Members seeking to upgrade

2. Priority Waiting List Applicants

3. Waiting List Applicants

Important Information

When a position becomes available, applicants will initially be offered A-Restricted Membership, with the opportunity to move to Full Membership in accordance with the Club’s membership policies and availability.

Successful applicants will be required to pay the advertised joining fee at the time of intake (which may be higher than the current rate), pro-rata subscriptions, Golf Australia affiliation fees, and any applicable future Capital Works Levies.

All applications must be finalised within 30 days of being offered a place.
