Women’s Charity / Guest Day Wrap Up

Over 100 women and their guests gathered today, Thursday, April 18th, for the annual Women’s Charity/Guest Day. Despite a chilly autumn start, the sun made a welcome appearance by the back nine, setting the stage for a wonderful day, full of laughter and friendly competition.

We were also very pleased to have welcomed esteemed guest speaker, Professor Kate Fitz-Gibbon, Director of the Monash Gender and Family Violence Prevention Centre. Professor Fitz-Gibbon, a leading authority in her field, shared invaluable insights on how we can all contribute to identifying and minimising family violence in our community. We extend our sincere gratitude to Professor Fitz-Gibbon for her inspiring words and dedication to such an important cause.

The day’s festivities culminated in the announcement of our event winners. Congratulations are in order for Kris Lewis and Phil Power, who claimed victory with an unbelievable 57 points, closely followed by Katie Coble and Apantree Justice with 56 points.

Kim Lee took out the Straightest Drive competition, while Sung Mi Kim and Hyo Joo (Elly) Kim were our NTP winners.
