We’ve listened to your feedback, embraced new ideas, and created a menu that’s perfect for both a quick bite and a leisurely meal during the Winter months.
Breakfast Just Got Bolder
Start your day with a flavour kick and try our new Chili Egg Wrap. A fluffy chilli-spiced omelette, with beetroot relish, smashed avocado and baby spinach, all wrapped up in a toasted tortilla. A vibrant and hearty addition to our breakfast offerings.
New Gourmet Sandwich Range
Warming, satisfying, and full of flavour:

Pork Belly Roll – Roasted pork belly with a fried egg, spicy miso hot sauce, kewpie mayo, tangy pickled cabbage and fennel, fresh coriander, all layered on a toasted milk bun.

Roasted Mushroom Toast – Thyme and garlic roasted mushrooms, pesto, fresh spinach, creamy goat’s cheese and a drizzle of truffle oil, served on toasted multigrain bread.

Bacon & Brie Toastie – Crispy bacon, creamy brie, sweet onion jam and fresh rocket, served in toasted sourdough bread.

Reuben Bagel – Pastrami, sauerkraut, melted Swiss cheese, pickles and a classic Russian dressing, piled high on a toasted bagel.

Chicken & Prawn Laksa
A fragrant, colourful bowl of comfort. A long-time favourite on our Take Home Menu is now available fresh in the bistro. Tender chicken, succulent prawns, seasonal vegetables with rice and egg noodles, served in a fragrant coconut curry broth. -
12-Hour Beef Ragu
Slow-cooked beef in a rich tomato ragu, tossed through house-made pappardelle, topped with parmesan, parsley and served with crusty garlic bread. Pure winter comfort. -
Braised Lamb Shank
Tender lamb shank with creamy mash, peas, pumpkin purée and rosemary jus. Another beloved take-home dish brought to life in our kitchen. -
Bacon & Cheeseburger
For the Younger Member (and young at heart). Grilled beef patty topped with crispy bacon, melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, and house-made burger sauce, served on a toasted milk bun.
