Between courses, keep your swing sharp with insider tips from our own PGA pros – Marty Joyce, Travis Harrison, and Jake Fullerton – offering practical advice you can take straight to the tee.

Tables seat a maximum of 6 people – larger groups can book multiple tables.
Members’ accounts will be charged prior to the event.
Cancellations close Monday 21st July – refunds will not be issued after this date.

House cured salmon on toasted rye crisp with crème fraiche, dill, and caviar paired with Veuve Ambal Vin Mousseux Rose Brut.
Goats cheese and piquillo peppers with caramelised onion jam, almond crumb, olives, cress salad and herb vinaigrette paired with 2024 Henschke Peggy’s Hill Riesling.
Barramundi with clam, mussel and saffron chowder paired with 2023 Louis Jadot Chablis Screwcap.
Hickory smoked eye fillet with Jerusalem artichoke, roasted crones, puy lentils, vanilla mash potato, star anise and cinnamon jus paired with 2024 Giant Steps Circle of Fifths Pinot Noir.
Chocolate and griottine cherry clafoutis with pistachio praline and kirsch cream anglaise paired (tbc).
