Spring & Summer Menu Launch – Starting Tuesday 15th October!

We’re excited to introduce our fresh Spring/Summer menu, launching Tuesday 15th October! We’ve kept your favourites and added some new, exciting flavours to enjoy as the weather warms up.

Highlights include:

  • Lemon Chicken Salad (GF) 
    Tender lemon chicken with avocado, mango salsa, mixed leaves, cashew nuts, and a green goddess dressing.

  • Mediterranean Calamari Salad (GF) 
    Semolina-dusted calamari with mixed marinated peppers, rocket, olives, preserved lemon, and a parsley-herb dressing.

  • Everything Bagel 
    Toasted everything bagel topped with avocado, goat’s cheese, fried egg, and a fresh herb salad of mint, parsley, and dill.

  • Lamb Pita 
    Pulled slow-roasted lamb shoulder with hummus, sumac & cucumber yoghurt, tabouli, house-made white BBQ sauce, and pickled green chilli.

  • Toasted Ragu 
    Slow-cooked beef ragu with basil pesto and rocket, served in Parmesan-crusted sourdough.

  • Chicken Wrap 
    Shredded chicken, avocado, herb aioli, spinach, and smoked cheddar, wrapped in a freshly toasted tortilla.

  • Chorizo Quesadilla 
    Grilled chorizo with charred peppers, mozzarella, coriander, and jalapeño pesto. Served with a corn, avocado, tomato, and cucumber salsa.

  • Mushroom Spaghetti 
    A medley of mushrooms, smoked pancetta, and black truffle tossed through spaghetti in a white wine and cream sauce.

  • Crispy Skin Salmon 
    Pan-seared salmon fillet served with pea & mint risotto and a fresh herb salad.

  • Chicken Schnitzel 
    Golden crumbed chicken schnitzel with mustard coleslaw and fries, served with red wine gravy.

Our popular Build Your Own Sandwich option will continue, and don’t forget to check the Specials Board for some great weekly creations.

Grab & Go options are also available from the Golf Shop for those in a hurry.

Plus, our Take Home Meals will continue through the coming months before taking a break for the Christmas period.
