{"id":27732,"date":"2023-07-14T13:55:40","date_gmt":"2023-07-14T03:55:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.springvalleygolf.com.au\/cms\/?p=27732"},"modified":"2024-02-20T08:57:08","modified_gmt":"2024-02-19T21:57:08","slug":"dress-code-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.springvalleygolf.com.au\/cms\/dress-code-update\/","title":{"rendered":"Dress Code Reminder"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Spring Valley is a warm and welcoming club that prides itself on being a leader of the industry.\u00a0As such, the Club enforces a dress code that is aimed at maintaining the traditions of golf and club life.\u00a0\u00a0The principle is that clothes must be neat and tidy and of a type normally expected by leading private golf clubs.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Golf fashion is evolving in both the professional and private club environments.\u00a0 As such, the Board has approved two changes to the dress code, namely allowing men to wear black ankle height sport socks with black golf shoes, and allowing members to wear hoodies provided they are manufactured by a recognised golf brand and have only a small manufacturer or club logo.\u00a0 The hood is not to be worn over the head in the clubhouse\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The full detail on the SVGC dress code is available below.<\/p>\n<p>It is the Member&#8217;s responsibility to ensure they and their guests comply with these regulations.
